What a day on the job looks like:

  • Provide support to department heads and/or multiple departments
  • Maintain schedules, opening and distributing mail, filing, making travel arrangements, preparing agendas
  • Transcribing meeting minutes, maintaining and ordering supplies
  • Preparing reports and documents and operating office machines (phone, copy machine, fax, cash register etc...)
  • Assist with deartment HR activities including, but not limited to: submitting and processing various HRM forms, labor requistions, new hire paperwork and orientation, time and attendance, employee appraisals, transfers, terminations, safety and compliance training and serving as liaision among the functional department and employees.
  • Locate and retrieve files
  • Generate reports for management team as requested
  • Handle and redirect phone calls, emails and walk-in traffice to appropriate points of contact 

What you need to be considered:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Administrative Assistant 
  • Clerical Testing (Word, Excel, Proofreading and Typing)
  • Able to pass background and drug screen
  • Able to provide immunization records 


Full Time - AWS - work schedule  8.5/40 hours

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
