Job Description

Cook - must be able to work weekends/holidays

Expected Shift:  8.00hr - AM 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM


Duties: Prepares food items according to menu and production forecast. Assures accuracy and quality acceptability of recipes and food items produced. Prepares food for patient and cafeteria service. Minimum 2 years experience in batch cooking. Understands therapeutic diet cooking.


Required: GED or HS Diploma,

Food Handler's Certificate from San Bernardino County Public Health Department

ServSafe Certificate preferred.


Dress Code: black non-slip shoes, black pants, plain colored polo or chef coat for first day



Schedule will be dependent upon needs/shortage
